I hate cleaning. It’s true. If I were a rich woman I would hire a cleaning company to come and clean my house every day. With two kids, no make that three with my husband, I feel like a maid because there is always something to clean.
But the reality is, I don’t have the money to hire a cleaning company to come in daily and clean my house. So I am forced to do it alone, with some help. But really mostly alone. And I realized that I hate cleaning. Oops I already said that.
Learning that about myself has sent me down a rabbit hole trying to find the most effective way to clean with minimal effort and time.
And so began my search for tools that would help me clean easier and faster. Currently, I have a BISSELL 3-in-1 Lightweight Corded Stick Vacuum that I love. It picks up stuff off my carpet that my Bissell vacuum cleaner will not, things like construction paper, stickers, oh and my kid’s favorite, playdoh.
Then I have the O-Cedar Spin Mop & Bucket and of course the standard broom and dust pan.
Now for me, that is too many tools just to clean my floors. And I have a small kitchen and dining room so it shouldn’t take all those tools, time and effort just to clean.
Then I begin to think how I could consolidate all those tools into an all in one.
I knew I wanted something cordless and lightweght. I wanted it to be able to pick up liquid and dry spills. I wanted it to also be able to clean my floors.
That is when I discovered the dry/wet vacuum. Honestly, before this post I didn’t even know they existed.
But now the question came which one to purchase? With so many options I didn’t know what to look for. And so begin my quest to find the perfect wet/dry vacuum cleaner for my needs.
After doing a lot of reviews, which are included in this post along with video reviews (which I really love, I love to see the product in action from real users) I finally had a better idea of what I was looking for and what would be best for my needs.

My Take Away
After reviewing all these different brands of wet dry vacuum cleaners I’ve decided that my favorite and the best wet dry vacuum for the home is the Roborock Dyad Wet Dry Vaccum cleaner.
What I like most about this one is that it has two rollers. I feel like that would get my floors extra clean. But other than that it has the standard features as all the other vacuums that made it to the best wet dry vacuum for home list, self-cleaning, rechargeable, and cordless.
